I visited REI in Jacksonville FL yesterday. What an amazing store and helpful experience. Greg and Chris helped me as if I were the only customer in the store. I got fitted with the right size pack for my journey. They didn’t try to sell me anything that I wasn’t looking at. Complete professionals and that is greatly appreciated. If I thought one item was good. They would explain that item and possibly why another option would be a better choice. Thank you REI.

I truly don’t know what I’m getting into. But I’m excited to see where it takes me.
